Our refund & cancellation policies explained

Eligibility for Refund

If you have purchased any digital goods (points, ingame currency, etc...) for more than 1 hour, and have not bought a product in the game store, you may be elegible for refunds.

You will not be eligible for refunds if the terms of the service / server rules have been prohibited or violated. In addition, if GameDragon determines that you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for refunds.

1. How can I request a refund?

You can request a refund by opening a contact us by e-mail.

2. How will I get my refund?

By default, purchases will be refunded using the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and GameDragon may also agree that refunds should be made using an alternative method. Please note that the amount of time for the refund to be processed depends on your method of payment.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation from the payment provider. The in-game digital currency will be delivered instantly, but in some cases, it may take up to 1–24 hours depending on system load.

No Returns or Refunds
